Reform UK's Llŷr Powell asked the Welsh Government to bring in a Welsh rivers act on sewage accountability, nutrient management and rewarding better water quality. Plaid Cymru, Welsh Labour and the Welsh Conservatives each proposed changes. All three amendments and the original motion were rejected, so the Senedd agreed nothing.
