Debate: The First Supplementary Budget 2023-24
I wanted to welcome the money that's been drawn down from the Wales reserve to back the new pay award for teachers—the point that was just being made. Teachers have endured years of squeezed wages. I think it's entirely appropriate that these funds are used…

Statement by the Minister for Climate Change: Government Response to the ‘Developing the UK Emissions Trading Scheme’ Consultation
I welcome this statement, Minister—thank you. Evidently, the tension here seems to be between, on the one hand, the need for what we do to be the best it can be, the most ambitious it can be, and then on the other hand, the need for global co-operation. As I…

Papers to note
Okay. Is everyone content to note the other papers? There's one from the British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly on minority languages. We may want to return to that in the near future.

Papers to note
We will move immediately to the papers to note. Your papers from 2.1 to 2.9 are in your pack. Are Members content to note those papers? There is one paper from the Office for National Statistics on the census. They are offering us a briefing in Westminster…

Plaid Cymru Debate: Devolution of justice and policing
The urgent need to devolve powers over justice is not only a question of principle; as we've heard already, it is necessary to gain greater fairness for our people, to help people when they are at their most vulnerable. We have heard already about…

Topical Questions
The points that you made, Deputy Minister, are very powerful. Instead of just looking at what's happening with the Government in England, I wanted to ask you what you've learned from the experiences in other regions or countries that have succeeded in…

Annual scrutiny of operation of interim environmental protection measures - evidence session with the Interim Environmental Protection Assessor for Wales
Thank you. Forgive me if this is an unfair question. If it is, I don't expect you to answer. But we've heard this morning that there is no perfect plan. There are good things happening in Scotland, there are good things happening in England, there were good…

Annual scrutiny of operation of interim environmental protection measures - evidence session with the Interim Environmental Protection Assessor for Wales
Thank you, Chair. In your role, you've been liaising with other external bodies, such as NRW, on some of the issues, and they perhaps don't fall within your remit. To what extent do you feel that that was outwith your remit? Can you talk us through how that…

Annual scrutiny of operation of interim environmental protection measures - evidence session with the Interim Environmental Protection Assessor for Wales
