Thank you. The Deputy Minister for Transport is here in the Chamber. What I would ask you to do in terms of the A55 is to write to him, and I'm sure that there will be an update for you on that. In terms of the second statement that you request, I will raise…
13 October 2026Plenary

I think it is very important that the Member should reflect on which Government you're referring to. You're talking about the Labour Government in your contribution there, whereas we are a new Government, in post since May. So, many of the questions were…

You're misrepresenting that.

Reform UK Debate: Regional rugby
Can I ask on what legal basis you think I can force the WRU to do what you're asking? I think the amendment offers everything that you have just outlined. Isn't it time for us now to unite, on a cross-party basis, to ensure that we all get what we want? You…

Reform UK Debate: Regional rugby
I've heard many of you saying that you don't want me to be responsible for picking the team, and I'm glad that I don't have that responsibility. I'm not an expert, nor do I have the power to direct. The WRU is an independent governing body accountable through…

Reform UK Debate: Regional rugby
It calls on the Welsh Government to do that. I can't give that assurance. That's what you're asking me to do: that I can give that assurance. And that's why I think that our amendment does reflect what we have heard today, which does create agreement between…

No, there will be no statement on this issue. As the Member has noted, this is an issue that is not devolved. But could I be clear, as I was in response to Darren Millar just now? This Government condemns all forms of racism, any idea that someone doesn't…
