Speeches count contributions in Plenary and committees, leaving out the Llywydd's and deputies' chairing. Votes cast are out of the votes held while the Member sat. Against party means voting for when most of the Member's own party voted against, or the other way round; abstaining doesn't count.

1. 19 October 2026, Culture, Communications, Cymraeg and Sport Committee

Annual scrutiny session with the National Library of Wales

I have a question in terms of, since establishing CELF, what impact has there been in terms of the people of Wales's access to the national collections? You have also mentioned that the financial situation is challenging and it's difficult, perhaps, to see…

2. 19 October 2026, Culture, Communications, Cymraeg and Sport Committee

Annual scrutiny session with the National Library of Wales

Annual scrutiny session with the National Library of Wales

Thank you very much. I think that a number of my questions have already been answered, but I had one question perhaps in addition to what you've already referred to, namely how much additional income are you expecting to raise from sponsorship, donations…

4. 19 October 2026, Culture, Communications, Cymraeg and Sport Committee

Annual scrutiny session with Amguedda Cymru

Thank you very much. I have a few questions on the establishment of CELF. What effect has there been on the access of the people of Wales to the national collection? For example, how many artworks have the museum lent to galleries around Wales? I think that…

5. 19 October 2026, Culture, Communications, Cymraeg and Sport Committee

Annual scrutiny session with Amguedda Cymru

Thank you very much. I had a question on the Llanberis slate museum: how confident are you that the slate museum will reopen in spring 2028, and what are the main risks in terms of that timetable? And I have a couple of follow-up questions. What percentage of…

6. 19 October 2026, Culture, Communications, Cymraeg and Sport Committee

Annual scrutiny session with Amguedda Cymru

Thank you very much for that explanation. As you note, the restructuring clearly has had an impact on the organisation, and you mentioned the well-being score. What would you say are the main lessons learned from that restructuring process? It's very useful…
