What funding has the Welsh Government allocated to establishing a panel of economic experts to develop a new National Development Agency?

The 2026/7 budget did not include a specific allocation for establishing a new national development agency, so any associated costs will be managed as a pressure against the Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy MEG.
