Question
Will the Cabinet Minister confirm do the terms of reference of the national food strategy expert working group include consideration of the impact of low pay, insecure work and employment protections on food insecurity, and how will these issues inform the development of the national food strategy?

The terms of reference of the Expert Working Group are still being finalised and are not yet available. A Chair has been appointed, and work is underway to agree the group's terms of reference. I expect to provide an update to Members in early September.
