Question
What consideration has the Welsh Government given to flying British and Welsh flags outside all state schools?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Minister for Education and the Welsh Language (Anna Brychan)
In Wales, the decision on what flags, if any, are flown at a maintained school will normally sit with the school governing body and headteacher, as part of the wider responsibility for the school’s ethos, policies and day-to-day management.
