What plans does the Welsh Government have to change planning law to tighten the definition of a vape shop to prevent businesses avoiding the rules by describing themselves as a general convenience store or retailer, as is being proposed for England?

The Welsh Government will consider what contribution the planning system can make towards how vape shops are defined when planning legislation relating to use classes is next reviewed.
