Will the Cabinet Minister confirm a) whether the surveys undertaken at Victoria Wharf, Cardiff were commissioned by the Welsh Government, b) whether the Welsh Government expects Taylor Wimpey to remedy internal defects identified, and c) the date by which the scope of internal remediation works at Victoria Wharf is expected to be finalised?
