What assurance has the Cabinet Minister received about joint inspections by Natural Resources Wales and Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council of slopes, drainage and culverts above Blaenllechau and Ferndale following the Llanwynno wildfire, and when will findings and any remedial-work timetable be published?
