Is the holding of fun-fairs permitted within the current regulations and are there specific guidelines for the organisers of such events?

Outdoor funfairs and other similar attractions were able to open from 26 April and indoor funfairs from 17 May. Relevant guidance includes the following Tourism and Hospitality Businesses Guidance (Tourism & Hospitality Businesses Guidance.) and industry guidance is available from https://www.balppa.org/
