Is the Minister aware of any plans to close the orthopaedic unit in Ysbyty Gwynedd permanently?

I am not aware of any plans to close the orthopaedic unit at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
Day case orthopaedic activity has started this week and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board will recommence in-patient activity in two weeks.
The organisation is also looking at the procurement of an orthopaedic modular theatre and in-patient modular ward to further support orthopaedic activity on the site.
