Will the Minister outline the reasoning for not using the lateral flow testing kits as part of the prerequisites for travelling to European countries on the amber list?

Our strong advice to people is to only travel overseas at this time if it is essential. The conditions for entry to countries on the amber list are determined by their Governments. Those who do need to travel must make arrangements to meet those requirements, which may include proof of vaccination, tests, quarantine and reasons for entry.
