Will the Minister explain why 33 percent of those who have contacted Working Wales have not been referred for further support or provided with other opportunities, including employment, funded education and training?

Working Wales is more than a referral service and provides free professional, impartial careers advice and guidance as well as access to training. As such, some clients accessing the Working Wales services will have their needs met directly and do not need to be referred.
