Will the Minister ensure that the COVID-19 booster vaccine is available to anyone living with a lung condition such as asthma?

The Covid-19 Vaccination Programme aims to vaccinate people according to JCVI guidance.
Advice on the Phase 3 booster campaign is awaited from the JCVI, and an interim statement is expected shortly. It is anticipated that the JCVI will again prioritise vaccination based on age and clinical vulnerability for Phase 3 of the programme and it is expected this would include those people who are clinically extremely vulnerable and those with underlying conditions (cohorts 4 and 6 from Phase 1). NHS Wales stands ready to operationalise this forthcoming advice when issued.
