Further to WQ82577, will the Minister confirm whether the commitment to commence works on the Llanddewi Velfrey bypass is affected by the statement made in Plenary on 22 June 2021 on the roads review?

All schemes where there are currently diggers in the ground will continue. This includes the Llanddewi Velfrey to Redstone Cross scheme.
