Will the Minister provide the reasons why the proposed Llandeilo bypass is not subject to the freeze on all new road improvement projects?

Answered by Minister for Climate Change
The Llandeilo by-pass was part of budget agreements made between Plaid Cymru and the Welsh Labour Government in the previous Senedd. As such, this scheme will not form part of the Welsh Government’s Road Review.
