What assessment has Welsh Government made of the possible restrictions on British people’s right to travel to the European Union if they have received batch numbers 4120Z001, 4120Z002, 4120Z003 of the AstraZeneca vaccine, manufactured by the Serum Institute in India, as the EU has not approved this version of the vaccine?
