Will the Minister outline when he expects the Welsh Government to conclude its investigations into the reorganisation of primary schools in the Swansea Valley as proposed by Neath Port Talbot Council?

My officials are meeting with the local authority as a matter of priority to discuss the Welsh Language impact assessment for the project. So I hope this will be concluded as quickly as possible.
