Will the Minister provide a breakdown of costs already incurred by road projects that have been cancelled as a result of his statement on 22 June 2021, by project?

Once the Chair and panel members have been appointed, an initial report will be provided to Ministers within three months, setting out how the panel will go about its task and confirming which road schemes are in the scope of the review.
I will issue a statement once the Chair and terms of reference have been published and a further statement once I have considered the panel’s initial report confirming the detailed scope of the review.
