What steps is the Welsh Government taking to ensure construction small medium-sized enterprises and small businesses are protected in relation to retention monies?

Insolvency law is a reserved matter. The Welsh Government encourages companies it contracts with to sign up to the Supply Chain Code of Practice, to ensure companies understand their responsibilities.
