Question
What action is the Welsh Government taking to improve access to elite sporting facilities across North Wales?
Answer
Answered by Deputy Minister for Arts and Sport, and Chief Whip
The Welsh Government continues to invest, through Sport Wales, in sports facilities at community and elite level across Wales, to encourage people of all ages to engage in sport and to support our talented athletes in their pursuit of success. Recent investments in north Wales include artificial pitches in Flintshire, Anglesey and Gwynedd, and in a competition-standard athletics track in Bangor.
