What consideration has been given to how the tourism levy referred to in the Welsh Government's Programme for Government 2021-26 will be collected?

We are commencing work with partners and stakeholders to prepare a consultation on a permissive power for local authorities to introduce a tourist levy. This will include consideration of the approach to collection, in line with our tax principles.
