Will the Minister outline what are the next steps to review the decision to change the commission rate from the sale of a residential park home?

I recognise the importance of the commission rate and the impact this has had on owners of park homes. I remain committed to considering this matter afresh. During the pandemic it has been essential that my officials focus on responding to the significant housing-related challenges of Covid-19 and those facing an immediate housing crisis and potential homelessness.
My officials are currently exploring options on how best to progress the evidence gathering work around the commission rate. Once I have considered and agreed a proposed way forward, I will provide a written statement outlining the next steps.
