Question
Will the Welsh Government commit to becoming a member of the Global Ghost Gear Initiative?
Answer
Answered by Minister for Climate Change
Welsh Government has committed to the Global Ghost Gear Initiative through a joint UK Government membership. This approach is the most practical given the global effort required to address marine litter and recognises the need for Governments to work together to identify solutions.
