How many local authorities in Wales have adopted the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition of anti-semitism?

I would like to confirm that the Welsh Government has endorsed the adoption of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of anti-Semitism. Adoption of the definition is a matter for individual local authorities in Wales and that information is not held by the Welsh Government.
