Will the Minister outline how the Welsh Government identified that less than 100 people in Wales are currently unable to receive a vaccination or take a lateral flow test for health reasons?

The Welsh Government estimated that less than 100 individuals would be medically exempt from receiving a vaccination or from taking a lateral flow test, following discussions with clinical partners.
