What steps is the Welsh Government taking to ensure the application process for the NHS COVID pass is accessible to people with disabilities?

I can confirm that the current paper service in Wales allows family members or carers to use the service on behalf of any individual who is unable to use the system. Any one is able to request accessible formats and we continue to work with our Welsh Vaccination Service and our printing company partners to further improve our service and develop passes in more accessible formats.
