Will the First Minister provide an update on the possibility of introducing a lobbyist register for Wales?

Lobbying is a matter for the Senedd and its Standards of Conduct Committee.
The Llywydd has previously issued a statement noting that a statutory register was not the preferred option to ensure increased transparency for Members.
