What discussions has the Minister had with the UK Government regarding validating and checking the authenticity of vaccines administered outside the UK to Welsh citizens?

My officials have had and continue to have a number of positive conversations with UK Government and other Devolved Government officials on developing processes for ensuring a consistent approach to validating vaccinations administered outside the UK. For Welsh citizens, we are working with a delivery partner on establishing a process to be available, as currently expected, in January 2022.
