Further to the soft market testing exercise conducted via the Welsh Tidal Lagoon Challenge, will the Minister confirm what further engagement is planned with participating organisations over the next two financial years?

Following soft market testing, the marine energy programme has been preparing a strategic outline case and will be further developing the programme for the Tidal Lagoon Challenge, including the requirement for future market engagement.
There will be opportunities for further engagement from the sector and other interested organisations as the Tidal Lagoon Challenge continues to be developed.
