What assessment has the Minister made of the number of residential and commercial properties in Wales which have single-phase power?

The Welsh Language Commissioner is responsible for the Cynnig Cymraeg scheme. It was launched by the Commissioner in November 2020. To date, four charities have received £500 through the scheme: Keep Wales Tidy, Tŷ Gobaith, Mind Cymru, and the Stroke Association.
