What discussions has the Welsh Government had with Cardiff capital region and local authorities regarding decommissioning Aberthaw Power Station?

My officials are having regular discussions with Cardiff Capital Region and the Vale of Glamorgan Council in relation to the proposed sale by the current owners of the Aberthaw Power Station and other issues surrounding the site.
