What assessment has the Welsh Government made of best practice for grassroots Welsh football, to ensure that the FAW Licenced Academy Programme is having a positive impact on communities?

It is for the governing bodies of sports – in this case the FAW – to ensure their strategies and operational procedures are fit for purpose and developed in consultation with key stakeholders to enable their sport to develop and flourish at all levels.
