The data requested is not centrally held by the Welsh Government. Data on the number of patients who have received elective knee and hip replacements in Wales can be found in the annual PEDW data tables published by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW). Further data relating to your question may be available on request through DHCW although would likely be incomplete and subject to revision until later in the year.
