Question
In respect of citizenship queries, does the Welsh Government signpost interested persons to specific solicitors firms for advice?
Answer
Answered by Counsel General and Minister for the Constitution
The Welsh Government does not signpost interested persons to specific solicitors’ firms for advice. If we were to receive any enquiries regarding Citizenship we would recommend they seek regulated immigration legal advice and would direct them to the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) website to find an advice provider: https://home.oisc.gov.uk/adviser_finder/finder.aspx
