Will the Minister state what proportion of correspondence sent from Rent Smart Wales is sub-contracted to organisations outside of Wales?

The Welsh Government does not hold details of individual contracts entered into by Rent Smart Wales. As they sit within Cardiff Council, any procurement of contracts must be within the existing legislative framework that governs procurement by public bodies in Wales.
