Will the Minister detail the costs associated with the outsourcing of activities by Rent Smart Wales to businesses outside of Wales?

The Welsh Government does not hold details of individual contracts entered into by Rent Smart Wales. As they sit within Cardiff Council, any procurement of contracts must be within the existing legislative framework that governs procurement by public bodies in Wales.
