Will the Minister clarify whether Rent Smart Wales has entered into a contract with a company in Wakefield, England, and if so, detail the reasons for this decision?

The Welsh Government does not hold details of individual contracts entered into by Rent Smart Wales. As they sit within Cardiff Council, any procurement of contracts must be within the existing legislative framework that governs procurement by public bodies in Wales.
