Further to WQ84582, for what purpose are Welsh Government credit cards used to make purchases on iTunes?

The majority of the payments were for monthly subscriptions for the press office for media monitoring. These payments came to an end in October 2019. There were also two payments in 2017 for editing software used by the Welsh Government communications team in support of their work on social media.
