What steps is the Welsh Government taking to ensure that up-to-date planning guidance is issued in relation to building annexes?

The construction and use of building annexes requires an application for planning permission unless it is permitted development. Up to date guidance on how to apply for planning permission and permitted development can be found on the Welsh Government website at: https://gov.wales/planning-guidance-for-the-public. Local planning authorities also offer their own guidance on obtaining planning permission for development.
