Will the Minister provide an update on the Welsh Government's commitment to reduce the speed limit on the main road through Scleddau?

We are committed to delivering the new 40 mph speed limit on the A40 at Scleddau, however, current capital budget allocations for trunk road network operations in 2022/23 require all projects to be re-evaluated, along with all other eligible schemes as part of the 2023/24 allocations, or earlier if further funding becomes available.
