What discussions have the Minister and the Trunk Road Agency had with landowners about sound pollution stemming from the A483 Newtown, Powys bypass?

Neither the Trunk Road Agents nor myself have had discussions with landowners. However, my officials have had regular discussions with affected landowners regarding noise levels stemming from the A483 Newtown bypass.
