What steps is the Welsh Government taking to ensure that regulatory services departments are not under-resourced?

Group and Corporate resourcing panels within Welsh Government regularly review the alignment of resources to priorities as part of their workforce planning activity; and both internal movement and external recruitment is also aligned to the priorities that have been determined.
