What is the cost incurred by the Welsh Government through the staffing of the Co-operation Agreement's designated civil service unit to date, and what is the projected cost over the next 12 months?

As stated in my response to WQ 84075 on 17 December 2021, civil service staffing costs are a matter for the Permanent Secretary. The situation remains the same as that outlined to you in the Permanent Secretary’s formal response at the time.
