Will the Minister advise on what dates the Welsh Government contacted the owner of the sporting and fishing rights at Gilestone Farm and by what means was this contact made?

The Welsh Government were aware of the sporting and fishing rights when purchasing the site and are engaging with the owner on a commercial in confidence basis.
