Further to WQ85803/04, will the Minister advise why the issue of sporting and fishing rights at Gilestone Farm was not addressed prior to purchase?

The Welsh Government were aware of the sporting and fishing rights when purchasing the site. The extent to which those rights might be impacted by or impact upon Green Man’s proposal will be considered as part of the ongoing due diligence exercise.
