Will the Minister clarify what arrangements are in place for Ukrainian refugees living in Wales requiring elected surgery?

Individuals fleeing the conflict in Ukraine and arriving in Wales under the Homes for Ukraine or Family Visa schemes are eligible for free NHS care, including elective care that is routinely provided on the NHS in Wales. Referrals would be made via primary care and would be subject to the normal clinical prioritisation of need.
