How will the Minister ensure that councillors are not excluded from site meetings in their ward involving council cabinet members and members of the public?

The arrangements in place to facilitate site visits, including who may attend and under what circumstances are a matter for each local authority to determine and communicate to members. Any issues arising from the application of the arrangements should be addressed locally.
