Will the Minister confirm why the Welsh Government failed to meet a determination date of 16 September for the planning appeal from Persimmon regarding the application for 300 homes near Cefn Fforest Caerphilly?

16 September was an indicative date for determining the application. The Inspector’s report on the recovered appeal has been received by officials. The report is being actively considered and a decision will be issued as soon as practicable.
